From time to time, surveys will be loaded into Expresslane for different clases of users. At this time, a notice will be displayed when you log on to Expresslane directing you to the Current Surveys page.

The Current Surveys web page lists available surveys for you to complete.

Click on one of the titles listed in the Current Surveys window to either begin or continue a survey that you started but didn't complete.

Click the appropriate answer for each question, and then type comments you wish to add in the textbox below the question. Use the [Tab] key to move from one question to the next. Answer as many questions as you want. You can skip questions, if you desire.

With each question you have a choice of:

• Going on to the next question by clicking the Next Question button
• Stopping and returning at a later date to finish the survey by clicking the Finish Later button
• Finishing the survey by clicking the Survey Complete button
• Removing the Survey by clicking the Remove Survey from List button

  Do NOT click "Remove Survey from List", however, unless you want to permanently remove this survey from the list of available surveys! Your responses will not be saved.
