A. View Addresses and Phone Numbers
The View Addresses and Phones web page displays information about address types, receiving mail from LCC, requirement of a permanent phone number and current listed addresses and phone numbers:

Your active addresses are displayed in order by address type. Click the Address Type link in the explanatory paragraphs at the top of this screen to open a list of address types and definitions.

Your main mailing address is required. Other types are optional.

To Update or Add an Address or Phone Number, click the Update Address(es) and Phone(s) link at the bottom of the screen.

B. Select Address(es) and Phone(s)
The Update Address(es) and Phone(s) link at the bottom of the View Address(es) and Phone(s) window opens the screen below where you can select a listed address or phone number, or insert new ones.

The Update Address(es) and Phone(s) - Select Address screen displays your current listed addresses and phone numbers, and provides links that allow you to update this information and add new addresses.

It also provides links to access:

  • Information about Address types
  • USPS Change of Address Information and forms
  • LCC Campus Address and phone help
To Select an Existing Address for Updating, click the Current link to the left of the listed address, which opens the Update/Insert window shown below, listing the current address.

To Select an Existing Phone Number for Updating, click the Primary (or Cell Phone) link to the left of the listed phone number, which also opens the Update/Insert window shown below, listing current phone number.

To Select the Type of Address You Want to Add, click the drop-down arrow to the right of Type of Address to Insert, select the type of address you want to insert. (For more information about Types of Addresses, click one of the Address Type links at the top of the page):

  • Billing (Invoices/Statements)
  • Campus (LCC Employees Only)
  • Mailing (Optional 2nd Address)
  • Permanent (Main Address)
and then click the Submit button.

C. Enter/Update Addresses and Phone Numbers
Updating/Editing an Address or Phone Number - Click either the Current or Primary link in the Update Address(es) and Phone(s) - Select Address window (as shown above) to open the screen below, displaying your current addresses and phone numbers. Type in the current information and press the Submit button at the bottom of the window.

Entering a new Address or Phone Number - Select the Type of Address and then click the Submit button in that window, which opens a form like the one below, but it will be blank. Enter the information and click the Submit button at the bottom of the window.

Be sure to read the guidelines at the top of the form. (See below)

Information at the top of this screen provides important tips for editing or entering new information in the form on that page.

It also provides a link for a USPS Zip Code look-up.

Address Line 1, City, State and ZIP are required fields. All others are optional, except for foreign addresses, which require Nation.

Valid from This Date must be entered. If this address is already in effect, you can enter the current date or a past date.

When entering a new phone number, be sure to select the Phone Type from the drop-down list, and also check if you want it to be Unlisted.

Once you have completed the addition or updates of addresses and phone numbers in this form, click the Submit button (or Reset button if you need to start over) which returns you again to the Select Address screen where you can select an additional address or phone number to edit or add additional addresses or phone numbers.

If you Selected the Wrong Address or Phone Number to Edit - click the Select a Different Address to Update button at the bottom of the screen to return you again to the Select Address screen.

To Delete a Listed Address - after you have selected that address in the previous window, click the Delete this Address checkbox at the bottom of the Address form and then click the Submit button.

To Delete a Listed Phone Number - after you have selected that phone number in the previous window, click the Delete checkbox to the right of the listed number and then click the Submit button.

Please make sure your name is listed on your mailbox in your department, so that the postal carrier can deliver your mail from LCC.
