The Active Assignments web page displays the courses that currently have active students (not rolled over to Academic History).

Before you access the Active Assignments web page, however, you must first select the Term if you have not already done so.

Information about each of the links on this page is shown below the image.

• Title of Course - Clicking on the class name will take you to the course description in the Class Schedule, such as the one below.




• CRN # - this link will take you to the Faculty Detail Schedule, which provides information about the class, as well as a complete list with detailed information about each of the students enrolled in the class. The Faculty Detail Schedule can also be accessed directly from the Faculty/Advisor Services web page.
• Syllabus: Add - Do not use this link as it is not operable and will exit you from the session. (This feature will go live later in the school year.) You would then need to log in again.

• Rosters: Classlist - When the link is live, it takes you to the Faculty Summary Class List which displays a list of students enrolled in the class. The Classlist page is also accessible directly from the Faculty & Advisors Services menu.

• Office Hours: Add - This link opens a web page that allows you to set up and view your office hours. This page is also accessible directly from the Faculty & Advisors Services menu.
• Detail Schedule: Display - This link also opens the Faculty Detail Schedule, which provides information about the class, including meeting times and location. The Faculty Detail Schedule page is also accessible directly from the Faculty & Advisors Services menu.
